Expressing your Feelings by Angie Rivera

Talking about feelings is not always the easiest thing to do or teach. Sometimes finding the time to even understand your own feelings is impossible. I get it! I had to learn the art of “expressing my feelings.” I can tell you the benefits of being able to express my feelings and help my daughter learn how to connect with her feelings has helped decrease stress, broken down barriers and enhanced our relationship.

Today I encourage you to be aware of what you were taught about expressing feelings and how that spills into your parenting style.
